Study shows inflation one cause of declining mental health among Canadians
The Telus Health study showed that one in five Canadians have cut back on health-related expenses, like prescription medications or gym memberships, because of inflation.Financial advisor Samuel Lichtman said that he seeing people struggle with the cost of living more than ever.
“One of the most common questions that I get is ‘what can I need to do to cut back on costs’, ‘how can I be more mindful about my spending,” said Lichtman.
