MELBOURNE, Australia — Wild storms forced schools to shutter, cut electricity to tens of thousands of people, and left at least one person dead in Australia on Monday.
Police said a 63-year-old woman died after a tree fell on a cabin in the country's southeast.'Destructive' winds of more than 110 kilometers per hour are lashing the region, leaving about 150,000 people without power.
