Sa Barangay Buenlag, isang barko ang sumadsad sa mababaw na bahagi ng dagat nitong Miyerkules ng gabi. Sa Lingayen, binaha ang Capitol beachfront kaya naging pahirapan sa mga motorista at mga residente na dumaan. Naapektuhan din ng storm surge ang coastal barangay ng Maniboc, partikular sa Sitio Villa Maniboc, Sitio Casulming 2, at Castillo Baybay.“Kung tumataas na ‘yung tubig, inabisuhan ko ‘yung mga tao, sabi ko lumikas na tayo,” sabi ni Ramil Palisoc, barangay chairman.
