THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Tuesday that the typhoon named 'Hinnamnor' , which is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility may enter the country either this Wednesday or Thursday.Once inside, weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio told The Manila Times that Signal No. 1 may be raised over Northern Luzon.He said a low pressure area has also developed but was also still outside PAR.
The weather disturbance was estimated some 1, 210 kilometers east of extreme Northern Luzon, Pagasa said.''This LPA may also develop into a tropical depression once inside PAR but it may be absorbed by the typhoon once it also enters the country,' according to the Pagasa forecaster.The state-run weather agency said easterlies were affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.
