advisory, the state-run weather agency said it would be generally-fair weather all throughout the day in most parts of the country except for isolated or scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon or at night.It said that the southwest monsoon was particularly affecting areas in Luzon, including Metro Manila, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, Tarlac, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas and Occidental Mindoro.
