A state of calamity has been declared in four more provinces following the devastation wrought by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Super Typhoon Carina , Interior and Local Government Secretary Benhur Abalos Jr. said Thursday.During a situation briefing on Carina with President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., Abalos said that aside from the cities in the National Capital Region , a state of calamity has been declared in Bataan, Bulacan, Batangas and Cavite.
