In a disclosure, SSG said the acquisition would allow it to become a listed multi-channel distributor of premier brands in the Philippines, expanding its network to more than 1,300 wholesale and retail outlets. RMK, more popularly known as Rustan's, is one of the country's largest wholesale distributors of global brands such as Samsonite, American Tourister, Tefal Cookware, Lacoste Fragrances, Maison Margiela Fragrances, Spanx, Nuxe Skincare, OPI Nail Polish and Nine West Footwear.
