TACLOBAN CITY—The Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair, a flagship project of the Marcos Administration, will be held in Tacloban City on August 2-3 to serve residents of the six provinces of Eastern Visayas.
For his part, Tacloban City Mayor Alfred Romualdez urged the public to take advantage of the services being offered at the fair, which is being held at the Leyte Normal University campus. Reyan Arinto, regional head of the Philippine Information Agency -Eastern Visayas, urged the local residents “to take advantage of the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair.”
“Some 241 congressmen are expected to witness the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair…they want to see for themselves how the funds being earmarked for services are being handed over to beneficiaries,” he said.
