The southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies and rain over parts of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Meanwhile, Severe Tropical Storm Mawar is located 945 kilometers northeast of extreme northern Luzon packing maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour, gustiness of up to 145 km/h and moving northeastward at a speed of 25km/h.
Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, and the rest of MIMAROPA and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms also due to the southwest monsoon with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
