Southwest monsoon bringing rain to most parts of PH

WeatherAlert: Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao are feeling the effects of the southwest monsoon.

Isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms are also seen in:Flash floods and landslides are possible during periods of heavy rain or severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon, which is not affected by the southwest monsoon, is only experiencing isolated rainshowers. PAGASA is not monitoring any potential tropical cyclone at the moment. So far, the Philippines has had 7 tropical cyclones in 2019. (READ:
