“Incoming House Speaker Alan [Peter Cayetano] and I already talked about it — that a week after the SONA we would have a mini LEDAC right away,” Sotto, speaking in Filipino, said in an interview with AM radio station DWIZ.Sotto said the mini LEDAC, which could be held on July 29, would tackle the legislative agenda for the 18th Congress.

He said the Senate would probably have “better working relations” with the House of Representatives with Cayetano as Speaker.
