DUMAGUETE CITY, Negros Oriental--Administration senatorial bet Vicente "Tito" Sotto III has claimed that there are "four to five" sitting senators who believe that the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte can be taken up now.

"Are you sure it would be the 20th Congress? Because they can take it up now, if they want to," Sotto, himself a former Senate President, told a press conference here Thursday, Feb. 20.
