A quick-thinking bottle shop owner has used his smoke machine to scare off a group of men ransacking his store in a seaside Victorian town. 9News
The thieves allegedly then fled the scene in a stolen Ford Falcon.
The car allegedly travelled at up to 200km/h as police tracked it via helicopter, before police used stop sticks to puncture its tyres.A 30-year-old Thomson man and 36-year-old Portland man have been charged with burglary, theft and dangerous driving whist being pursued by police.Police are still searching for the other two men involved.Continue reading
