TWO of the country’s key developers were the biggest winners at the Dot Property Philippines Awards as they bagged half of the 32 accolades, each collecting 8 honors, including the two major categories. The Sy-family owned SM Development Corp. (SMDC) was named the Developer of the Year 2023, the highest distinction it also won during
SM Development Corp. President Jose Mari H. Banzon is flanked by his other colleagues from the SMDC as they pose for posterity after winning the highly-coveted title of Developer of the Year 2023 at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2023 held at The Peninsula Manila on September 14.
Several projects of the residential arm of the SM Prime Holdings were also feted, such as the Zeal Residences cited as Best Affordable Condominium Development; Sands Residences, Best Lifestyle Condominium Development; Ice Tower, Best Mixed-Use Development ; Hope Residences, Best Investment Property South Luzon; Joy Residences, Best Investment Property Central Luzon; Mint Residences, Best Condominium Architectural Design; and Leaf Residences, Best Condominium Landscape Design.
RLC Residences, on the other hand, was The Philippines People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2022 for its Le Pont Residences. Its various vertical projects also earned various distinctions like the Le Pont Residences, which won as Best Luxury Condominium Development; SYNC, Best Smart Home Condominium Development; Mantawi Residences, Best High End Lifestyle Condominium Development; and Sierra Valley Gardens, Best Smart Urban Community.
Feted with the Philippines’ Best Real Estate Agencies 2023 title were Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services Inc., Luxe Realty and Development Corp., Palawan Real Property PRP Real Estate Development Inc., and 88 Victorious Real Estate Consultancy Services Inc. Kondo Ko Property Management was the Philippines’ Best Property Management Company.
