As many companies shift entirely to digital platforms, Smart has maintained operations at its 123 Smart Stores, offering subscribers direct, in-person assistance. These locations serve as accessible hubs for resolving account issues, paying bills, and learning about new products. The company's strategy aims to retain the value of personal interaction while expanding digital services. While the Smart App provides users with tools to manage data, track promos, and monitor monthly usage, the physical stores remain open for those who prefer face-to-face support. On the service front, Smart Prepaid users can choose from a range of data and call offers that cater to various budgets, including the Power All 50, Power All 99, and Power All 149 packages. These can be accessed through the app or through Smart's network of retailers, convenience stores, and e-commerce partners. Postpaid customers also have flexible options, with data and call boosters starting at P199. Subscribers with Postpaid Plans 999 and up can take advantage of perks such as discounts on dining, travel, shopping, and entertainment — all available for redemption via the app without the use of points. Smart has also aligned its services with popular entertainment events. From K-pop star j-hope's concert in April to the recent performance of 98 Degrees in May, the company has offered subscribers exclusive ticket access and promos tied to major tours. It's part of Smart's strategy to enhance customer engagement beyond connectivity. To support this approach, Smart continues to invest in infrastructure. In December, the company launched its '5G Max' service in Taguig City. The upgraded network was further tested at j-hope's concert in Manila, where Smart trialed 5G Standalone technology — designed to maintain strong signals in high-density venues. Smart's mobile network now reaches 97 percent of the population and operates within the country's largest integrated network, which includes PLDT's fiber infrastructure. Through both technological improvements and consistent customer-facing services, Smart positions itself as a steady provider in a fast-evolving industry — a message encapsulated in its current tagline, 'Simply Reliable.'
