Less than a month before the deadline, PLDT's wireless arm Smart Communications has further ramped up its drive to encourage its subscribers to register their SIM cards.

This is why we encourage all our customers to register their Smart and TNT SIMs ahead of the April 26 deadline, said Francis E.
