The program transformed their approach to farming, equipping them with sustainable practices like organic farming, crop rotation and climate-resilient strategies, as well as business skills such as financial literacy and marketing.Graduate Ferdinand Claro shared, 'Before KSK, we had no plan or strategy. Floods and typhoons would wipe out what little we had.
