SK kagawad, 2 others nabbed for illegal drugs

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — A Sangguniang Kabataan member and two other individuals were arrested inside a suspected drug den in Angeles City by agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Pampanga police on Sunday afternoon. The suspects were identified as Aiko Bernabe, 25, incumbent SK kagawad of Barangay Capaya in Angeles City; Elmer Mallari, 37; and Abegail Dizon, 36.

said Mallari was the subject of the buy-bust operation due to his inclusion on the -Philippine National Police unified watchlist. Some 15 grams of suspected methampethamine hydrochloride worth P103,500, buy-bust money and drug paraphernalia were recovered during the operation.Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect
