The homeowner told the communications operator, “I want him removed out of my house,” and that police had attended before in the summer to remove him.Article contentThe report says the homeowner was asked twice if there were any weapons involved and she twice answered no and also said no to whether he had been drinking.
The report states: “While wearing a ballistic vest, had waited in ambush for the police officers to arrive at his residence.”
