ILOCOS Sur Gov. Jeremias Singson highlighted the accomplishments of his administration and made known the ongoing projects and future plans for the province during his State of the Heritage Province Address (Sohpa) last week.
ILOCOS Sur Gov. Jeremias Singson highlighted the accomplishments of his administration and made known the ongoing projects and future plans for the province during his State of the Heritage Province Address last week.
Among the many achievements of the provincial government, he said, are the distribution of solar powered irrigation systems to farmers and motorized fishing boats to 60 registered fishermen associations from the coastal municipalities of the province.In full support to education and learning, the governor led the distribution of smart televisions in different schools to be used as a more efficient and effective teaching strategy through the aid of multimedia instructions.
