Although Singapore has no claims in the SCS, 'the moment you have escalation of tension or collisions or worst military action in the South China Sea, it will immediately impair and impede trade,' Balakrishnan said.'It will increase insurance premiums.

Manila to Host 50th Edition of Metro Manila Film FestivalThe Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) executive committee (EXECOM) are set to celebrate the 50th edition of the festival in December.
