PANIQUI, Tarlac–Philippine National Police chief Gen. Debold Sinas on Tuesday went to the wake here for a woman and her son who were shot by a policeman in a case caught on video. Sinas arrived at the wake for Sonya Rufino Gregorio, 52 and Frank Anthony Rufino Gregorio, 25 around 6:30 p.m.The wake is being held at the Gregorios’ residence at the village of Cabayaoasan where they were killed allegedly by MSgt. Jonel Nuezca, the victims’ neighbor.
