Smart Communications Inc. reported a total of 12,608,641 SIMs registered, which is 18.54 percent of Smart’s 67,995,734 subscribers.DITO Telecommunity Corp. reported a total of 2,020,654 SIMs registered or 15.42 percent of its 13,108,103 subscribers. The 15 identified locations in different provinces are set to be the pilot areas for assisted registration: Ilocos Norte, Cebu, Leyte, Bukidnon, Davao del Sur, Benguet, Cagayan, Bulacan, Batangas, Zamboanga del Sur, Oriental Mindoro, Albay, Iloilo, Cotabato, and Surigao del Sur.
