Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 was raised on Sunday morning over parts of Aurora and five other areas due to Typhoon Karding (international name: Noru), PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

At 4 a.m. Sunday, the center of the eye of Karding was estimated to be located at 285 km east of Infanta, Quezon, packing maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 190 km/h, and central pressure of 955 hPa.From Karding's center, strong to typhoon-force winds are extending outwards up to 290 km.
