A Sydney woman was stunned to discover her letterbox was over-flowing with baked beans as she checked her mail on Saturday morning. 7NEWS

Margaret Khursigara, 52, who lives in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Pennant Hills told 7NEWS.com.au she had no idea why her driveway was targeted in such a bizarre manner, and turned to social media to see if she could find out more about the mysterious act.

With many Australians taking the Monday before Anzac Day off work to make a long weekend Khursigara said this theory was believable. “The creepiest part of this is, if it is a technique to see if we are home, that means they’re going to come back to check.”
