Weather bureau PAGASA said in its 4 p.m. bulletin that cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may prevail over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Quirino, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, and Catanduanes due to the weather systems. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms. Forecast wind speeds in Northern Luzon will be moderate to strong, accompanied by moderate to rough coastal water conditions.
