Shear line, amihan, easterlies to bring scattered rain showers over parts of PH

The Shear Line will be affecting Southern Luzon and the Visayas, the Northeast Monsoon will be affecting the rest of Luzon, while the easterlies will bring isolated rain showers over part of Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of CALABARZON, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon but this will have no significant impact.
