Shabu worth P748,000 seized from ex-OFW in Bulacan

A former Overseas Filipino Worker was arrested by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit in this city and seized suspected illegal drugs amounting to P748,000 and assorted drug paraphernalia during a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Mojon Sunday afternoon .

According to Puapo, SDEU Chief Master Sergeant Jayson Salvador and his men conducted a buy-bust operation at around 3:15 p.m. against the suspect after a police asset confirmed that there were illegal transactions conducted by the suspect in her newly acquired room in an apartment. Confiscated by the operating troops from the suspect’s possession were 110 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu in several plastic transparent sachets with a street value of P748,000, a small weighing scale, drugs paraphernalia, and the P1,000 marked money.
