RCMP are on the scene of a serious crash in Digby County.A section of Highway 101 in Digby County was shut down Monday afternoon because of a single vehicle crash.
RCMP spokesman Cpl. Chris Marshall said the crash happened at about 1:25 p.m. between Exits 25 in Joggin Bridge and Exit 26 at Conway, west of the Joggin Bridge exit. A detour was set up along a series of backroads to divert traffic. The highway is expected to be closed for several hours. Emergency crews were still working at the site at 3:20 p.m.
