'The RAA will bolster our maritime domain awareness capabilities through technology transfers, intelligence sharing and strengthened collaboration with Japan,' AFP spokesman Col. Francel Margaret Padilla said.President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ratified the agreement on Nov. 5 and submitted it to the Senate for concurrence in accordance with the Constitution.Sen.
