The Senate on Tuesday ratified for the second time the proposed Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act .Senator Cynthia Villar endorsed to the plenary the second bicameral conference committee report, which was eventually approved by the Senate with no objections.According to Villar, the second bicameral conference agreed to adopt the "reconsidered bill" as their working draft.

The second bicameral committee was convened earlier today and their new reconciled version of the bill added a provision on Section 18."Section 18 included the Department of Finance in the composition of the Anti-Agriculture Economic Sabotage Enforcement Group.
