He explained, “Para din po sa inyong kaalaman ang aking committee po ay public information. Ito pong Committee na ito sa matagal na panahon ay tulog, hindi po ito nagagamit ng tama kahit nasa constitution ang public information.” “Dahil ang batas ang proteksyon ng tao kung hindi ito napalaganap, ito ay palamuti lang at maaring makabiktima ng ignorante,” he said.
