The Securities and Exchange Commission said Thursday it approved the P580 million initial public offering of renewable firm NexGen Energy Corp.
The company plans to develop solar and wind projects with a capacity of over 2,350 megawatts over the next 10 years. Its shares will be listed and traded on the Small, Medium, and Emerging Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
