AS a former mariner, Arnel Mindanao finds an affinity with the sea. As one who has led real estate companies to success, his goal was to have his property by the sea, but ownership is spread among friends and investors.
He found fulfillment in this through a lot by the seashore in San Juan, Batangas. He had been visiting the place with his son, who was only four years old then, where they would stay at night in a hut and just listen to the sound of waves rushing onto the shore.In 2016, in a vision, he was instructed to look into the companies he has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission .
