Meanwhile, cloud formations brought by the inter-tropical convergence zone were spotted in southern Mindanao while another weather system – the easterlies – is affecting the rest of the country.The ITCZ will bring partly cloudy to overcast skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Davao Region, Surigao del Sur, South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-tawi, weather specialist Rhea Torres of said.
