Weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the shear line or the convergence of hot and cold air is affecting Quezon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro and Bicol Region where cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms would be likelyThe intertropical convergence zone , an imaginary line where winds coming from the northern and southern hemispheres meet, will bring the same weather conditions in Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN .
