The Supreme Court will resume on Tuesday the oral arguments over the petition challenging the legality of the no-contact apprehension policy for traffic violations in Metro Manila.

During the oral arguments last Dec. 6, government lawyers, led by Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra, asked the high court to lift the temporary restraining order against the policy.
