The Supreme Court decided to maintain starting Monday, Jan. 3, its Monday to Saturday work with 50 percent of the total workforce reporting physically for three consecutive days from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in line with COVID-19 Alert Level 3 imposed in the National Capital Region .
In a memorandum circular which reiterated and modified previous circulars issued by Gesmundo, the 50 percent work force will report physically from Monday to Wednesday, while the remaining 50 per cent will work from Thursday to Saturday. Chief Justice Gesmundo’s new circular issued on Saturday, Jan. 1, also stated that “all those reporting on-site beginning Jan. 3, 2022 are directed to undergo antigen testing before proceeding to their respective offices/services/divisions/units.”
