Satu lagi PPR akan dibina di Tuaran: Masiung

Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan dan Bandar (LPPB) dijangka melaksanakan projek tersebut dalam tempoh terdekat sebaik sahaja perjanjian tambahan usahasama (kali kedua) dengan pemaju ditandatangani selepas bulan Ramadan ini, - Datuk Masiung Banah.

Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan dan Bandar dijangka melaksanakan projek tersebut dalam tempoh terdekat sebaik sahaja perjanjian tambahan usahasama dengan pemaju ditandatangani selepas bulan Ramadan ini, kata Pengerusinya, Datuk Masiung Banah. “Seluas 15.61 ekar di dua lokasi berdekatan telah diwartakan untuk membina perumahan tersebut yang mengandungi lima blok apartmen dengan RM406 juta,” katanya semasa melawat tapak cadangan projek itu, Selasa lepas.

Menurut Wakil Rakyat Kuamut itu, projek perumahan mampu milik itu merupakan inisiatif Kerajaan Negeri bagi memenuhi keperluan tempat kediaman rakyat terutama golongan B40. Masiung berkata, projek perumahan itu dijangka siap pada 2025. Setiap unit apartmen tiga bilik itu akan dijual pada harga RM250,000 ke atas. Menurut beliau, perumahan mampu milik itu dilaksanakan secara usahasama dengan pemaju tempatan.
