KOTA KINABALU: An affordable housing project costing over RM400mil will be completed in the Tuaran district by 2025.
The project is located in Kampung Serusup which is about 4km from Tuaran town and will provide 1,853 units of affordable homes for those in the B40 income group.
Masiung said some 6.3ha of land in two locations nearby to each other have been earmarked to construct the project. “The project will be completed by 2025. Each apartment unit will have two rooms and it will be sold at RM250,000 and above,” he added.
