The Regional Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 confirmed Thursday, June 18, that Patient 45 was a 24-year-old man, married and resident of Balintocatoc, Santiago City. It was learned that the OFW arrived from Saudi Arabia in Manila on June 11, and proceeded to his hometown in Santiago City on June 15.
Due to strict protocols in the City, the OFW was ordered to go directly to a quarantine facility in Santiago City.He was asymptomatic and was transferred to the Southern Isabela Medical Center .
