The revitalized City Plaza, a historic and cultural landmark situated in Santa Rosa’s Heritage Square, now boasts a sophisticated redesign. Key features include an elegant amphitheater for public performances, beautifully landscaped gardens, a state-of-the-art fountain system, and vibrant spaces that evoke both nostalgia and progress.The Christmas tree lighting ceremony added a magical touch to the inauguration, with a synchronized lighting display illuminating the entire plaza.
“This transformation reflects our dedication to preserving our heritage while providing modern amenities for all Santa Rosa residents and visitors,” Arcillas said.
