SAN Miguel Holdings Inc.

has signed a deal with the provincial government of Cavite for the construction and operation of the P27-billion Cavite-Batangas Expressway .Both parties signed a joint venture and 35-year tollway concession agreement last February 27 for the project, which involves the construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a 27.06-kilometer toll road traversing Silang, Amadeo, Tagaytay, lndang, Mendez and Alfonso in Cavite and Nasugbu, Batangas.
