According to the Bureau of Fire Protection , the fire was raised to the first alarm at 5:19 p.m. and to the second alarm at 5:26 p.m.
Arson investigators said the fire started inside a two-story house on Loreto Street, Barangay 418.The Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office installed partition tents in Barangay 420 that will serve as temporary shelter for the victims.related stories
