Sam Ke Ting dibebaskan dari tuduhan sebabkan kematian 8 remaja basikal lajak di Johor Bahru

Kerani wanita yang berumur 27 tahun berkenaan dilepaskan dan dibebaskan oleh Mahkamah Rayuan di Putrajaya hari ini atas atas kesalahan memandu secara melulu sehingga menyebabkan kematian lapan remaja berkenaan pada 2017.

Pada 13 April tahun lalu, Mahkamah Tinggi Johor Bahru memerintahkan Ke Ting dikenakan hukuman berkenaan atas kesalahan dilakukannya pada 2017. Ia sekali gus mengetepikan keputusan Mahkamah Majistret pada 10 Oktober tahun sama, yang mengekalkan keputusan untuk melepas dan membebaskan responden daripada pertuduhan berkenaan.

Berdasarkan pertuduhan, Sam Ke Ting didakwa melakukan kesalahan di Jalan Lingkaran Dalam, Johor Bahru, pada jam 3.20 pagi 18 Februari 2017.
