Saanich Police have taped off part of the Lochside Trail as officers investigate an undisclosed incident Thursday afternoon. “Please expect cycling and pedestrian delays and detours on the Lochside Trail between Quadra St and McKenzie Avenue as Saanich Police detectives continue to investigate the incident,” spokesman Det.-Sgt.
