The pictures show her in a red dress with black beads, her crown, and a beauty queen’s smile.“Balik tanaw... 31 years ago,” Ruffa said in her caption. “18-yr old me when I was crowned Binibining Pilipinas World 1993 at the Araneta Coliseum.”“Time flies indeed,” she added.
Following her crowning as Binibining Pilipinas World, Ruffa was named second runner-up in Miss World 1993.Ruffa, along with her fellow Binibining Pilipinas queens, are among the hosts of the 2024 coronation happening on Sunday, July 7 at the Araneta Coliseum.Aside from being a public figure, Ruffa is also a loving mom to Lorin and Venice Bektas, and partner to Herbert Bautista.
