Minimum wage earners in the private sector in the Davao region are set to receive a P29 increase in their daily wage.This after the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-Davao issued an order granting an increase of P29 per day for the non-agriculture and agriculture sector.The new daily minimum wage rate for workers in the non-agriculture sector will now be P510 from P481. Those in the agriculture sector will now get P505 from P476.
