The board of property developer Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has appointed seasoned realtor Maria Socorro IsabelleV. Aragon-GoBio as the company’s new president and CEO, effective next month. GoBio will replace Lance Y. Gokongwei, who held the position since January 8, 2024. He will continue to serve as the executive chairman of RLC, providing strategic guidance to the company moving forward, the company said. The board expressed its heartfelt appreciation to Mr.
Gokongwei for his exceptional leadership and invaluable contributions during his tenure as president and CEO. Under his stewardship, RLC solidified its position as a leading player in the real estate industry. She will also be the latest addition of women who were appointed as chief executive, in an industry dominated by male leaders.
