She said the city's Transport and Traffic Management has been closely coordinating with the MMDA to ensure the smooth enforcement of rerouting plans near and within the House of the Representatives where Marcos will deliver his third SONA.A zipper lane or counter-flow will be implemented along Commonwealth Avenue to allow vehicles of government officials and visitors to the National Legislative Complex, the city government said.
